On Global Exponential Stability of Generalized Cohen-grossberg Neural Networks with Time-varying Delays

In this paper, a generalized model of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with time-varying delays is investigated. By employing the nonlinear measure approach, analytic methods, inequality technique and M-matrix theory, some sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with timevarying delays are obtained. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
